Our ultimate goals are:

  1. To help people work through their physical, social, and emotional challenges,
  2. To jump start people's lymphatic system for enhanced efficiency and health,
  3. To provide support and resources that can stand alone or fill the gap in services that exists between simply needing to talk to someone and clinical therapy or crisis management.

 

We work with clients to find ways over, around, or through barriers to making things better! We can help find ways to thrive in a complicated world. You don't have to do it alone!

We currently offer two Life Enhancement Strategies:

  • Individualized Strategic Life Coaching (through an online telehealth platform)

  • Lymphatic Therapy (offered in-person in Wautoma and Blue Mounds, WI)

As trained educators and certified practitioners, we offer Life Enhancement Strategies that utilize our multiple years of training, experience, and skills in education, counseling, and lymphatic therapy. Employing state of the art lymphatic technology or an online telehealth platform, we will work with you using:

  • an empathetic approach,

  • relationship-centered interactions,

  • objective and active listening,

  • a strengths-based perspective,

  • strategic planning and customized interventions,

  • a collaborative partnership on your health journey, and

  • culturally appropriate communication.

 

In order to best support, protect, and work with you:

  • we utilize the lymphatic therapy established best-practices and the American School Counseling Association code of ethics under which we were trained.

  • we adhere to strict confidentiality; only reaching out to other health or wellness professionals if someone gives us permission or is in danger of hurting themselves or someone else.
