Individualized Strategic Life Coaching (ISLC)
Don’t just survive – Thrive!
Life is full of challenges — and sometimes it helps to have a skilled, objective partner in your corner. Individualized Strategic Life Coaching (ISLC) at Life Enhancement Strategies is built around you: your strengths, your circumstances, and the goals that matter most to you. Sessions are designed to increase your knowledge and skills through information, guided activities, honest feedback, and a safe space to practice and grow. Together, you and your coach will set, monitor, and adjust both short and long-term goals as your journey evolves.
ISLC is delivered entirely via a secure telehealth platform, making it accessible to anyone in Wisconsin — no commute, no waiting rooms, just focused time devoted to you.
Who benefits from Individualized Strategic Life Coaching?
ISLC is appropriate for adults (18+) who are navigating any of life’s challenges — big or small. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. You simply need to be ready to reflect, engage, and take steps toward something better. ISLC can help you naviate:
